CSJ Activities in Atlanta

Dear CSJ Colleagues,

We have some exciting events planned at the ACA Conference that we hope you will join us for. In particular, we hope our members will come out to celebrate one another and connect at our Awards Event (Friday, April 27th at 10:30am). We also hope you will join us at the CSJ Town Hall (Friday, April 27th at 1pm) where we will share updates on CSJ and hear feedback and ideas from all of you. Here are the scheduled CSJ events so far:

• CSJ Day of Service, Wednesday, April 25th
• CSJ Awards Event on Friday, April 27 from 10:30am-12:30pm
• CSJ Town Hall Meeting on Friday, April 27 from 1:00pm-2:30pm

Additionally, there will be three CSJ-sponsored sessions at the conference:

• Examining African American Women Graduate Students’ Affinity Group Experiences
• Undocumented Immigrants: Challenges, Strengths, and Social Justice
• Decentralizing Whiteness and Other Forms of Privilege: Lessons from Standing Rock
